What previous tenants thought about it. We never thought that we would be able to live in such a nice area. It is so convenient with everything with walking distance. Although we drive, we sold the car after 6 months as it wasn't needed but you can easily get a residents permit from the council. The station is only a few minutes walk which is handy as I'm usually late for work. We love the Turkish shop on the high road, just two minutes walk away. It has everything you need, fresh vegetables are especially good value.
What the owners think of the place. The convenience of the flat is superb. We love popping down to the Guildford Arms which has some of the best food this side of Greenwich. Also, the local shops on Royal Hill are only three or four minutes walk away. There's a fishmonger, green grocer, butcher and cheese shop along with a couple of cafes and the world famous 'Royal Teas' cafe. Also, as we drive an electric car, the socket at the front of the house allowed us to charge our vehicle overnight subject to a space being available. There is also a rapid charger close by.
