Property Overview:

This lovely studio apartment offers spacious living space, fully equipped modern kitchen and a beautifully designed bathroom. The property is perfect for students or professionals looking for an exquisite location to live in.

The building has a separate fitness suite.

The Location:

Albany House lies within the distinctly affluent and historical area of Bloomsbury and makes an ideal Zone 1 home for anyone who is looking for a well-maintained and secure building. Situated on a tree lined street close to the most prestigious shopping streets, world renowned restaurants, hotels and cultural landmarks are within a short stroll. There is easy access to the amenities of the Brunswick Shopping Centre (including a large Waitrose), Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard shopping centre and to UCL, UAL and to many other universities.

Transport:

The apartment is moments away from King's Cross and the Eurostar link at St Pancras, as well as Russell Square station, nearby to many popular London bus routes and a short walk to the West End.

'What the owner says':

Albany House has served me well over the many years living there. It is so easily connected with the West End and Marylebone High Street a short walk or Uber ride away and a short distance to the City. With St Pancras down the road, getting to Paris is a breeze and Granary Square is a cultural hotspot right on the doorstep. I love to go running and having Regent’s Park and the South Bank in easy reach has meant I have been able to continue my hobby. Even though Albany House is centrally located, Judd Street is very quiet at night and presents itself as a friendly neighbourhood during the day. A convenient and safe place to live centrally.
