Working from his living room in the summer of 1996, Jonathan Blain Firmin established the business with the primary goal of creating a business with customer service being the overiding principle. In February, 1997 Blain Firmin moved to The Broadway in Southgate with a further to move to the current prime location premises on Southgate Underground Station in August 1999. Since those early days back in the late nineties the company has expanded with Jonathan being joined by a staff of ten and specialising primarily in both Residential and Commercial sectors of Sales, Lettings and Property Management with the recently opened addition of a Probate Valuations department. With an extremely motivated staff working in a very friendly environment our philosophy makes us consider no job to be too small whilst there are no limiting boundaries to our coverage we can offer.
