Features and description

The principle reception room now sits at the rear of the house, benefitting from a dual aspect, and benefiting from patio doors opening directly out onto the garden.
Double internal doors link this room to the dining room, which in turn has an open archway to the kitchen, creating three separate areas, that can all be opened up for entertaining with family and friends.

The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a door directly out onto the patio. Within the kitchen are a good range of drawers and cupboards, plus a built in double oven and gas hob. There is also a large understairs storage cupboard in the dining room.

Taking to the first floor there is a lovely master suite with a dressing room leading into a double bedroom. There are two further bedrooms, a double with feature fireplace and a good sized single overlooking the rear garden. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.
Although there is an additional gardeners WC, as one might expect in the garden, adjacent to the kitchen.

The house enjoys a village centre location; walking distance of shops, the village school/nursery and local woodland.

The rear garden is a sun lover’s dream, enjoying a south westerly aspect. Level and enclosed the garden is well established, but easy to maintain. Adjacent to the house is a large patio for entertaining, with double doors opening onto the car port area, and a path to an external WC. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn with mature shrubs to borders. There is a double sized shed offering excellent storage for tools and patio furniture.
