Although we still let and sell property, our main focus is now on managing residential tenancies. All the properties we let (or other agents let for us) is managed by our office. From tenancy deposits and check in, to managing the tenancy once the tenant has moved in to the final check out, you will deal with the same company. We manage properties throughout North west, North, Central, South west and West London covering areas such as Fulham, Ladbroke Grove, Kings Cross, Tufnell Park, Shepherds Bush, West Hampstead, Kilburn, Wembley and Harrow to name some. We are members of The Redress scheme, have an independent company to carry out inventories at both check in and check out, are member of the Tenancy Deposit scheme and have a number of teams of contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly during a tenancy. We believe in long term tenancies and therefore strive to provide all our tenants with a service second to none.
