Welcome to Trace Property Hi, I'm Sabrina, the owner of Trace Property. I am local to Bude, having lived in the area my whole life and I have a keen passion for all things property. My career started in 2003, working for local Estate Agents, and eventually, I decided to start my own business in 2021.....I love my job and haven't looked back. Initially, I launched the lettings department, and now that it is well established, I have ventured into the world of sales too. I know that each client has individual needs and goals, and that's where my services come into their own, as you will receive a bespoke service tailored to your requirements with that one on one approach. You can also get hold of me early mornings, evenings and weekends, which my clients find extremely useful. There is no Monday morning backlog! I have a clear, honest and transparent approach and vast knowledge of the market and the area, having let and sold many properties over the years.
