How good is the Location? 8 mins walk to both London Road and Brighton Stations, so too Preston Park and North Laine. London Road with its growing number of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, gyms etc is even closer! Work, rest and play on your doorstep! 15 Minutes to the city centre and seafront ..... So that's pretty damn good then!
The flat sits at the top of a Victorian terraced town house. On the first floor of the well kept communal hallway, you find the door to our top (2nd) floor haven. The private internal stairs add to the apartment's sense of peaceful detachment and seclusion. Facing East / West, it fills with daylight and has great panoramic views across the East of the city. The kitchen, with its large windows looking across Brighton, is a perfect space to eat and enjoy the views.
The main room is a good size and works well in terms of areas to sleep and relax. It has a large west facing dormer window letting in lots of afternoon and evening sun. There are clear defined areas where wardrobes will work well and with the good room size - storage is not an issue.
