This Swift 'Bordeaux' caravan is a 2016 model and offers the popular two bed, two bath layout with open plan kitchen/diner and spacious living area with pullout sofa bed option. The 38ft x 12ft layout also benefits from double doors and a side entrance which both lead out to an extensive wrap around decked outdoor terrace ideal for that morning coffee or evening BBQ. The internal layout is both sociable and cozy all year round, whether the double doors are open to the decking on a hot summer day or the curtains are closed and the central heating is cranked up with electric fire is on for a wet and windy winter evening, it offers the perfect get away at any time of the year.

The lodge sleeps up to 6 with the option of the pull out sofa bed, one of the rooms has two singles beds and the main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space for a cot. Both also benefits from built in wardrobes. The caravan is offered in great condition throughout and can be sold complete with everything ready to move straight in to and start enjoying, all appliances & furniture are in perfect working order. There is also a smart TV with fantastic broadband coming straight into the lodge a Netflix evening is just a click away.

With glorious clifftop views and miles of sandy beaches, Hoburne Naish is the perfect place for a seaside escape all year round. You don’t even need to leave the park to have a great holiday. Enjoy full use of the gym or relax in the sauna or steam room with your partner. Challenge your friends to a game of basketball. Enjoy live entertainment with a drink at one of the two bars and let the kids have a ball with Sammy the Seahorse and his friends at one of the many children's clubs. The pitch has just over 8 years left running till 30/11/3032 at which point you can take the lodge away or sell it off. The yearly site fee for 2024 is £6200 which includes use off the facilities and owners passes for all family members. Owners have the option to spread the cost of the site fees over the year (approx £119 a week/£516 a month) some owners choose to let the lodges out and with the constant high demand the park has the site fees can easily be covered.
