Littleton House

Littleton House is an unlisted Victorian/Edwardian, country house set within its formal garden and grounds. The house is accessed from a tree lined principal driveway, leading from Littleton Road, a through road between Crawley and Winchester, and arrives at the front of the house.

The front door enters into a well- proportioned reception hall with wooden floors, an open fire and an ornate plaster work ceiling. The hall is well lit by the vaulted landing and skylight. The entrance hall gives access to the principal reception rooms, the dining room and the drawing room, each benefitting from views over the south gardens. A fitted and open plan kitchen, with a central island and AGA is connected to the dining room through a back hall. Accessed off the back hall is also a scullery, laundry room with a lift to the first floor, cloak room and side door.

The west wing includes a sitting room, cloakroom, study and a snooker room which leads through into the conservatory.

The main staircase leads to the first floor landing and gives access to the principal bedroom suite which includes a large double bedroom, shower room and dressing room or additional bedroom beyond. There are a further four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry room.
