We are a small but dynamic team fronted by over 15 years experience in private client practice, backed and mentored by over 25 years and onward of property lettings & management experience and expertise. Originally specialising in Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax for individual Private Clients, Trusts and Estates within Cambridge law firm, over the past 15 years a vast knowledge of the City and the surrounding towns and villages has been developed, noticing a trend as both individuals and Trustees increasingly opt to invest in properties as a more secure alternative to the stock market. Having been both Landlord and Tenant and experiencing letting agents in Cambridge, we believed there was a gap in the Cambridge letting market for a new approach and letting agent so decided to launch Embassy. The knowledge and experience in this team is one of 25 years in a family run letting agency, dealing with over 700 properties, ARLA member and in the forefront of pioneering the modern day letting agency.
