Originally founded in 1968 by the late Keith Dallas Lucas as a surveying practice with a small estate agency side, the business opened its first premises in South Croydon in 1980. 40 years later, Keith’s son John joined the family estate agency following a long and successful career at a large corporate estate agency. Rebranded in 2012, John Dallas offers an alternative to the stereotype of the aggressive estate agency firms who can be more interested in hitting their sales targets than putting their customers’ best interests first. John Dallas offers a more personal and consistent level of service which he hopes will lead to recommendations and repeat custom in years ahead. When it is the family name over the door reputation matters and John plans to be running a well-regarded, truly independent and successful estate agency for years to come. From a marketing perspective all properties are advertised on the major property websites with floorplans and professional style photography included at no extra cost.
