Aboyne Water
Situated on the north bank of the renowned River Dee, Aboyne Water provides 2.5-mile of some stunning, glassy pools which are positioned throughout for all fishing enthusiasts to enjoy. The variety on offer at all times of the season is difficult to match. The Aboyne Water Fishings are located a short distance from Aboyne itself, whilst providing a quiet and secluded beat of salmon fishings for the new owner.

The fishing hut at Aboyne Water is equipped with a south-facing solar panel, providing electricity for lighting to the hut, and is supplied by LPG Gas for a refrigerator and cooker and has a unique addition of a wood-burning stove. There is also a W.C. located within the hut itself. In addition to the hut, there is a small bothy located downstream.

Millburn Cottage
Included in the offering is a two-bedroom cottage of traditional construction, built in the late 1980s and positioned in Aboyne a short distance from the beat itself. Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and general storage cupboard. The cottage provides comfortable living and is currently occupied by the ghillie of Aboyne Water. A patio area and garden to the east are also included. The property is supplied with mains water, electricity, and LPG Gas.
