In our opinion this would make a great first purchase, especially for those avoiding urban living.

We bought this lovely home as first time buyers 3 years ago. Having redone the kitchen, and bathroom, as well as redecorating throughout, it has been a pleasure to live in. We have been fortunate enough to have lovely neighbours, and the the vigo community is close-nit and safe. Trosley country park is a stone's throw away and is beautiful to walk through; it is very popular with dog walkers, or just for a Sunday stroll. The parade of shops is only 5-10 minute walk away and with a supermarket, pharmacy and good takeaway options (amongst other things), it is extremely convenient! Sadly, we are moving out of the area to be closer to family, and we'll be sad to see our home go, but hope it brings as much joy to someone else as it has for us and our children.
