Owners Comments; 

The basin is a beautiful place to live and we will never get bored of the beautiful scenery, the uninterrupted views of the sky are simply stunning from the sea wall. We love living here, the neighbours are friendly and i can go paddle boarding just 100 meters from the house. There is a canal and river estuary that we frequently go for long walks down with the dogs. We usually find ourselves on the way home stopping in the local pub that is just 200 meters away from our house where they serve some brilliant home cooked food, and if we don't fancy the pub we pop to the local café just up the road. The kids also love it here, we have a local park they enjoy going to and running of some energy. When we return we had an electric motor fitted to the garage door, this allows us to take the dogs straight through to the garden to clean them off, this has been a god send. Heybridge Basin really is a great place to live and we are hoping to stay on the Basin.
