I've loved living here for the past 6 years, the apartment is great and I love the location with so much around. Tooting one way and Wimbledon and the village the other with easy access straight out into Surrey countryside. There are great pubs close by like the Charles Holden for the Sport and Merton Abbey Mills to eat and drink too.

Colliers Wood Rec is on the door step, Morden Hall Park a little further, or you can stay at home with the lawned communal garden. Overall this area has a great community vibe .

 

The Apartment

Sat on quiet, residential Alphea Close is number 8.  A ground floor 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the greenery of the close.

The living room is bright with large windows and plenty of space for a large sofa and dining for 4 or more. The semi-open plan layout of the apartment works well with a large serving hatch separating living room from kitchen, allowing it to be opened out for a more social space or closed off to suit your preference.

There are also plenty of pubs close by, the Charles Holden has a great garden with screen, and both The Gym, Nuffield, Jetts and YourZone45 all a short walk away.
