"I bought the property with my late husband, as my daughter and her family moved down to the south coast in 2010. We wanted a holiday home that would allow us to stay close to them, whilst enjoying all the benefits the south coast offers.
We viewed a number of properties at the time, but when we walked in and saw the view, we knew it was the property for us. The property is located close to Ashley Cross, but off the beaten track affording us privacy and quiet, whilst being a short walk from all the activity. The development has a community feel and we have developed a number of friendships over the years. Unfortunately the passing of my husband in 2023 means I am unable to visit regularly. "
