Auction Information:

Directions:
From Newtown take the A489 to Kerry. Continue through the village for approximately 1 mile, turning right onto the A4368 signposted ‘Anchor’. Proceed for 2 miles and turn left continuing through the Block Farm and around sharp right-hand bend. Before the incline, there is cattle grid on the left-hand side with the Agents arrow board. Proceed over the cattle grid and continue over the hardcore track following the arrow boards to a further gate and cattle grid. Go through the gate the land is a short distance identified by the arrow board and sale board.
