Off the kitchen is a good size utility room with fitted cupboards.

To complete the ground floor is a spacious ground floor bedroom and a generous en suite shower room. This area could be a further reception room or even become a self-contained separate annexe.

Stairs rise to the first floor with a bright and light landing and access to a fully boarded loft space with scope for a third floor subject to planning if required. The principal bedroom to the rear has an excellent range of built-in wardrobes and a fabulous en suite bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower, WC and twin basins.
