From the back door is a partially covered walkway out to the front drive way, where the front half of the garage is a store and the rear has been converted into an occasional bedroom. This room has slate tiled flooring with electric under floor heating and a shower ensuite off. There is also a mezzanine area above the store with two Velux windows. This building has its own hot water heater.

The rear garden is secure with attractive shrubs to the boundaries a level lawn and two seating/patio areas.
