The nearby A37 to the historic cities of Bath and Bristol and motorway connections make the South West easily accessible. Mainline stations are at Castle Cary to Paddington and a Waterloo Line from Sherborne and Yeovil.

Directly behind the house is a large paved patio which is ideal for garden furniture, etc. Also within this area is the external oil fired boiler.
