Punctuality appears to have become a thing of the past and all too often the process of buying or selling a home seems to have lost its integrity, with additional costs for certain sales tools which we consider should come as standard. Unfortunately the only recourse for those that don’t wish to fork out for these add-ons is paying a reduced rate for an online service, which often leaves you without the crucial support you need to deal with buyers, solicitors and chains.
