*Vendor's comments:* "We bought this property because we were starting a family and needed a house that was suitable for a family. This house met all our criteria: it had more than 2 rooms, and all the bedrooms were reasonably sized. It has a large kitchen and living space, which is great for entertaining guests. And the bonus was that it had a garden.

We were very lucky to have friendly and quiet neighbours, too! This house is great for a family. There are many schools in the area, including private schools. We have the tramline and a nearby bus station, which makes it easy to access East Croydon and other main train stations. We even have free parking, which is very difficult these days to find.

We are only selling the house because we are living abroad and it has become expensive to hold on to this house while living abroad. You will have noticed that the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and some of the flooring have recently been renovated. On top of that, you have a very new boiler that was just purchased earlier this year. We have also installed a water softener on the property, which was expensive to install. This means that soft water is circulating around the house…and the appliances (such as the boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) will not be damaged as there is no ‘hard water’ to damage them.

My family and I will miss this house, as we have many fond memories here."
