Our Pricing Residential Sales: We offer a very competitive fee of 0.9% (0.75%plus VAT) on the final sale price of a property for residential sales.  There are some additional services for Premium Properties, that require a more bespoke offering with sales prospectus, property staging, drone photography, virtual tour mapping etc., but these are bespoke prices that will be discussed and provided in writing prior to agreement of a contract. All Other Services: Other services are offered subject to the location of the property and the degree of management services required- all of which are ALWAYS fully transparent and provided in our written terms and conditions of service prior to you agreeing to engage us.
