Planning

The site was granted outline planning permission for 39 no. residential units with associated works on the 18th September 2023 following an Appeal to Secretary of State (Appeal Ref: APP/ W4325/W/23/3318758 & Application Ref: OUT/22/01305).

The principal means of access to the site was determined at the Appeal with the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale being reserved matters. The planning permission is subject to a unilateral undertaking made pursuant to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, dated 31st August 2023.
