Valast Hill House is a handsome traditional house thought to date from the 17th century with alterations over the centuries. It is believed that the house once had a large chimney stack at the rear (locally called a Flemish chimney) with large bread ovens. It was once a yeoman’s farm in the parish of St Twynnells. Later at the end of the eighteenth century it became part of the local Stackpole Estate. Over the years the current owner has sympathetically renovated the property (e.g. re-roofing and converting part of the ground floor to provide an annexe. Over the access lane is a block of pastureland and stable block with yard that offer the perfect place to keep horses/ponies or other animals etc. With its pretty established grounds and gardens, the property extends to about 4.1 acres (stms – subject to measured survey). Accommodation Ground Floor

Carmarthen and the A48 M4 link road is about 34 miles away providing quick access to the rest of South Wales, (Swansea about 61 miles and Cardiff about 104 miles) the Severn Bridge and beyond.
