DESCRIPTION

Hosper Wood extends to circa 4.88 acres (1.97 hectares) of mixed woodland. Located to the north of the hamlet of Hawkswick, near Arncliffe, Hosper Wood is, adjacent to Hawkswick Wood and within close proximity to the River Skirfare which flows through Litttondale.

Tree planting was undertaken approximately 20 years ago and the trees have grown to create a dense parcel of woodland supporting a variety of wildlife and home to many species of flora and fauna.

It is anticipated that interested parties will include those interested in acquiring recreational land or those looking to develop and enhance the woodland further as part of environmental improvements.

TENURE

We understand that the land is held freehold and vacant possession will be granted upon completion.
