You'll always be greeted with a plentiful range of countryside walks right from your doorstep, through the stunning grounds, around the lake and neighbouring fields. You are also in close proximity to the nearby University Arboretum, one of the oldest in the country which is a favourite with locals, particularly breath taking in Summer and Autumn.

Outside there is outdoor dining, so you can eat al fresco on the South Lawn in the summer sun admiring the lovely views, as well as enjoying the flowers in the Walled Garden. Why not have a go at croquet, walk down though the grounds to the nearby arboretum, or unwind by hitting golf balls on the lawn. Admire the snowdrops in winter or the bluebells in the spring, the grounds change with the seasons so it is always beautiful no matter what time of year you visit!
