Most of us started our careers as occupational letting agents and our understanding of the tenant side of the business is a fundamental part of the advice we give today. Our team splits its time evenly between buying and selling commercial investment properties for our clients, who range from private investors to property companies and institutions. We have specialists in some of the more technical aspects of the job such as forward fundings, joint ventures and cash flow modelling for multi-let transactions. Over recent years we have acquired and disposed of commercial properties ranging from £1m to £250m across all retail, leisure, industrial, residential and office sub markets.
