Varosi currently manages over 450 properties throughout the North & East London areas offering both private management and a guaranteed rental scheme in which we work with the local authorities so we have the benefit of charging our landlords a 0% commission rate for a full management service.  We also offer a private rental let only and management service in which we charge a 6% finders fee out of the contract just to find clients and for our full management service we charge a 1 weeks rent finders fee taken in advance and a further 10% management fee taken from the rent each month, for further information please contact our lettings team.
