The total move-in cost is £1100.00. This is made up of a £550.00 bond and £550.00 rent in advance.

Once you have viewed the property and decided to apply, you may be asked to pay a £50 reservation deposit. This is refundable if your application is unsuccessful (terms and conditions apply). If your application is successful, we will then request a £250 holding deposit. Together, these deposits total £300, which will be deducted from your move-in costs at the point of check-in.
