Each room benefits from a spacious feel with high ceilings and outward facing windows looking over the Nottingham Canal or Carrington Street. The rooms are part furnished benefitting from double beds, wardrobes and sinks.

Situated on each floor are the communal areas including two kitchens, living rooms, shower blocks and w/c's. On B Floor is a games room with table football and pool along with laundry room.

The rooms are available immediately for the student year at £120 pw with bills included and no deposit required. For short term Lettings the rooms are available at £170 pw with bills included.
