Additionally numerous bus routes serve the area and Brimingham Airport lies approximately 34 miles to the north.

Port Street forms part of the B4035 running east from Bridge Street and the town centre and is one of the main pedestrian and vehicular thoroughfares into the town centre. The property lies on the south side of the street between its junctions with Burford Road and Shor Street.
