Jamie Minors and Alex Brady were passionate estate agents who had relentlessly worked their way up from Trainee Negotiators, to Senior Valuers, to Branch Managers for other firms; Pymm & Co and Haart respectively. Both Jamie and Alex had a long term plan to build their way of buying and selling via their own brand to ensure their same ethos was practiced daily. As competing rivals in the property industry, but friends outside of business, they coincidentally both realised they were due to set up their own firms in the same area.    After much discussion, they both realised they wanted the same thing; to deliver the best possible service to all buyers and sellers across Norfolk, with one 'super team' under one brand.    From there, as they say, the rest is history.
