Tallington Lakes Leisure Park is more than just an idyllic place to spend some quality time. Located on the Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire borders. With 205 acres of clean spring fed lakes, it is an ideal location for water skiing, wakeboarding, jet skiing or kayaking. There is even a dry ski slope and 15 metre climbing tower, so something for everyone. If that all seems to energetic for you, there is always the Pro shop for some retails therapy, or maybe relax in the Lakeside bar and restaurant.

If you want something a little further out, the historic town of Stamford is only 5.6 miles to the west and the cathedral city of Peterborough, with its direct train line to London Kings Cross only 11.8 miles to the south.

Situated on the newest part of the park, The Keys and benefitting from a southerly aspect.. The Havana Centre Lounge is the perfect lodge for those unrestricted lake views from not only the living area but also both bedrooms, with all having access to the extensive decking.

On entering the lodge the entrance hall has two excellent storage cupboards, plus a bench seat with storage under. Leading from here is a separate utility room with central heating boiler and an integral washing machine. Here you will also find a separate WC.

The real star of the show is the central open plan kitchen dining living area. The seating area has two sets of patio doors leading to the decking, three sofa's and two feature walls with modern vertical radiators.

The kitchen with its central island with breakfast bar benefits from integral fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and larder cupboard. The centre island has an electric hob with built in stainless steel pan stand integrated into the work top. To the side is the dining area with feature wall and vertical radiator.

Bedroom one features patio doors to the decking, plus built in wardrobe and dressing table. The en suite bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over, WC, a wash hand basin and a vertical towel radiator.

The second bedroom can be configured either as a twin or a double room and has built in wardrobe and dressing table with patio doors leading to the extensive decking. The en suite shower room comprises of shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

Externally the decking wraps round all four sides of the home and offers an elevated position overlooking the lake. the driveway will be block paved and provide parking. There will also be a storage shed.
