The site was given planning permission in 2012 for 2 Holiday let Lodges. Ground works were commenced in 2012 to ensure the planning permission would not expire. A large concrete cesspit and herringbone drainage field were installed together with water piping and electrical supply conduits within the site. Utilities are not currently connected to the site they will need to be run down Broadaxe to the main road. Council permits were granted in 2012 to run a trench down the verge to put water pipe and electrical conduit in. These would have to be renewed.
