For any faults, tenants are initially directed to our online portal, which allows reactive repair reporting 24 hours a day. If it's deemed that the problem needs professional repair we use only highly-qualified trades personnel from our bank of trusted suppliers. Our maintenance team can operate a 'Spend-Limit' policy, meaning we consult you if any repair costs exceed an agreed amount (say £100). This figure is agreed with you before we commence management of the property.
