The Seller's View
One of the reasons I have loved living here since 2009 is the close proximity to Upton High School, which was a huge draw for me with young children. It is also near local shops, within walking distance, or if you need more, the bus route is ideal for Chester city centre and Liverpool. Bache station is also easily accessible. The back garden is not over looked and totally private, which is a rarity. On a clear day you can see the Welsh hills from the bedroom windows at the front, which is lovely in the snow, also the church spire at Upton is such a lovely sight. Within a short distance there are also various country walks, including a short walk to Chester Zoo. The house has such a great family feel, providing lots of space and storage for everything needed for a growing family.
