Location:

The village of Old Alresford lies on the edge of the South Downs National Park approximately 9 miles north east of Winchester, 20 miles north east of Southampton and 13 miles south west of Basingstoke. Road access is via the B3046, whiohc provides access to the A31 to the south and in turn the M3 motorway at junction 10 to the south west. Rail services are via nearby Winchester, Micheldever, Basingstoke and Alton railway stations and Southampton Airport lies approximately 18 miles to the south west.

The property lies to the north of the village on the east side of Basingstoke Road (B3046) and command views over the surrounding countryside in a rural location.
