Reception Rooms and Kitchen/Breakfast Room
Each room has exposed stonework and beams, and views over the garden and open countryside. The dining and sitting rooms share a double fronted wood burning stove. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of base and wall units with hard wood work surfaces, an induction hob, a Miele double electric oven, an integrated dishwasher and a fridge. There are French doors to the rear garden, and there is space for a six-seater table.

There are four double bedrooms (three are vaulted first floor rooms). Bedroom one has a three piece en suite with a walk-in shower. There is a first floor shower room and a landing/study area with fitted furniture and shelves. Situation and Schooling
Falcutt is a hamlet approximately 5 miles from the market town of Brackley, where there is a church, a range of shops and public houses and restaurants. Brackley has primary and secondary schooling and an independent school (Winchester House). There are further independent schools in the area including Stowe, Akeley, Beachborough and Thornton College.
