'This house has been the perfect house for us, we raised our family here and was drawn to the area because of its convenience to the shops, (Archway and Tufnell Park) tube are close and Central London is within easy-reach, but most importantly excellent schools. St Joseph's and Yerbury School are both ‘Outstanding' schools, and all the kids go together in the morning which is lovely to see.

The famous St John's Gastro-Pub is nearby, we went there regularly, plus the beautiful Parliament Hills/ Hampstead Heath and its cafes are within walking distance. The gated-residence has a little park for the children and generally Goddard Place is a nice place to get to know neighbours and generally feel part of the local community.

When we moved out, we rented the house out and had no problems in achieving a high rent. It would be sad to see this lovely house go but we have made the decision to sell it without any chain.'
