Beach Hut
The beach hut has been meticulously cared for, with annual oiling of the external timber cladding to safeguard it from the effects of sea elements.
Approached via a pair of uPVC doors, the hut measures 11'1 x 6'6 and features a pitched roof. Towards the rear, there is a well-equipped kitchenette area fitted with a variety of eye and base level units. The kitchenette includes a freestanding 'Indesit' gas oven with a four-ring gas hob (to remain). The work surfaces are complemented by a stainless steel single drainer sink unit, with wastewater efficiently directed to an external gully.
Externally, a wooden storage unit at the rear provides additional space for general belongings. The beach hut is also equipped with provisions for the supply of natural gas, connected to the mains supply.
The seller, as per information provided to Hunt Roche, is willing to leave all items within the beach hut for any interested parties.
