You mention 3 receptions and a kitchen/diner? Yes we do and with a remodel of the kitchen and utility areas, the house really has got a space to boast about. The owners have created such an amazing space with matt finish matching wall and base units with contrasting granite work surfaces. You will notice gold coloured handles on the doors and just look at the sink as it not only has a gold tap with boiling water function but a gold sink as well! There is a breakfast bar, space for a double fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, twin ovens and an induction hob. I found this room to be light and spacious and this is created by triple folding doors to the rear garden - these have electronic blinds which are super cool, and a feature window to the side above the sink which we love. The utility room has fitted units contrasting the kitchen ones but with matching worktops and sink, it really flows. There is a side window and space for the washing machine too. 

Wooden flooring throughout downstairs makes things so much easier to keep clean with busy family lifestyles. There is a home office that overlooks the garden - daydreaming is possible here. There is a dining room to the front with bay style window and large lounge to the rear, which has French doors opening to the rear garden and these spaces really compliment the whole of the the ground floor. The entrance hall to the house is stunning as it has a high ceiling creating a vaulted like space and the first floor window lets the light flood in. I havent forgotten, there is that all important guest cloakroom as well.

So whats upstairs? From the impressive landing you will find doors to all of the bedrooms. The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has a range of built in wardrobes to one wall and a door leading to the shower room. This space is impressive with tiled flooring, window to the side, modern wash hand basin and WC but its the shower that really stands out. We feel this is one of the largest we have ever seen and has a rain fall head inset to the ceiling along with the usual hand held shower head - just imagine being in here when trying to wake up, just perfect! Bedrooms 2 and 3 are at the front, 3 has a built in wardrobe and bedrooms 4 and 5 also overlook the garden. We felt that the rooms were all a great size and ideal for any growing family. The main bathroom has a fully fitted modern suite with the added advantage of a separate walk in shower cubicle and window to the side. We also want to point out that in bedroom 2 there is an amazing built in hideaway which was built as a reading area, absolutely ideal for children!

How much parking is there? You have the double garage with remote controlled up and over doors along with side door to the rear garden so thats parking for 2 and then a further 3 cars should fit on the front brick paved driveway. There are double gates at the side which lead to the rear garden, ideal for parking motorbikes or trailers and the front garden is laid to lawn.

How big is the rear garden? We feel this is the perfect size for a large family home. Its big enough to enjoy with patio areas, lawn and a beautiful pergola but wouldnt be a burden of having to work for hours every weekend on it. Also, we feel the fact that the rear garden faces West really is the best as you get to enjoy sunshine for most of the day, especially when its later in the day with the sun setting, sublime!

What else can you tell me about the house? The decoration throughout the house is just spot on. Neutral with a few feature walls and modern colours. We mentioned the wood flooring downstairs and there are matching carpets upstairs. The owner has added Cat 5 cabling to the house allowing hard wiring so no more wifi drop outs when the children are gaming or you are working and there is the usual gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing.

So where is it? Hadrian Gardens is a small cul-de-sac of detached family homes located on the edge of this popular Knights Park development. The local secondary and primary schools are all within easy reach and the bus stops are just at the end of the road.
