PLANNING & TECHNICAL Somerset Council granted outline planning permission with some matters reserved for demolition of existing kennel and cattery buildings and erection of 4 no. dwelling houses with access thereto, under application 22/02190/OUT dated 01 September 2023. Somerset Council is a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging authority. There is a range of existing buildings to be demolished and so exemptions or relief may be applicable.
