Features and description
The garage is a Compton ‘Pent’ and is of pre-fabricated concrete sectional construction with spar dashed elevations, a metal up and over door and a pitched corrugated roof. The overall internal dimensions are 15’ 9” (4.82m) x 8’ 0” (2.44m).
Please note that the land on which the garage stands is owned by Adra and prior to completion of the sale, the new garage owner would need to secure a fresh Ground Rent Agreement with Adra at a current cost of £125 per annum.
The garage is to be offered for sale by Informal Tender and interested parties must submit their highest and final offers to our office at 314, High Street, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 1YA by no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 13th December 2023.
Offers must be made in writing and must be delivered to this office in a sealed envelope marked ‘Bid for Garage off Ffordd Islwyn, Bangor’ in order that we do not open them before the above deadline. Offers cannot be made verbally, by text or by email.
Please note that the owner will not be obliged to accept the highest or any of the offers received.
DIRECTIONS: Entering Bangor along Beach Road, after rounding the left hand bend and passing the swimming pool, take the next turning on the left into Glynne Road. Continue up Glynne Road for approximately 90 yards and take the second turning on your left. Follow the lane for approximately 60 yards and the garage will then be found as the first one in a row of four on your right hand side.
