Perkins Estate Agents are an independent family run estate agency with a combined experience of over 30 years, who have been operating in the West London area. Perkins believe in using a combination of both modern and traditional estate agency to achieve the best results for your home whether it be renting or selling. The Perkins name was inspired by William Perkins who was a key figure in the Greenford community this even led to him having a school named after him in the area. One of the many things he was famous for was creating the colour Mauve which you will see on the Perkins Sold and Let By boards. The Perkins team have a strong links to the community having all grown up, gone to school, and worked in the area for all their life. This means they all have extensive knowledge of the local area which allows them to provide you with a first class service with that personal touch. Perkins believe in the traditional means of estate agency being hard working, willingness to go above and beyond with a warm and friendly approach.
