Directions - From the centre of Colyton, head into Queen street and opposite the Soanes Cycle shop turn left into Sidmouth Road, going up the hill out of the town. After about 1 mile, turn right into Jobbles Lane. Continue up the track and the woodland is on the right before the bend.
Services - There is a water pipe at the far end of the woodland, connected to the adjoining landowners system by agreement. Purchasers to check if this agreement can be extended.
