The kitchen come complete with integrated appliances such as dishwasher, oven, induction hob and breakfast bar. The kitchen leads through into a spacious reception room with large bifold doors which look on to a sunny rear balcony where you can sit and enjoy a coffee while taking in some amazing views of the area!

The garden is south facing, so catches a lot of sun and is split into two levels with a lovely decking area which leads to the basement on one floor and easy to maintain grass lawn which the is great for kids to play in on the floor below. The basement is a real bonus that is currently used as an at home office and utility room for the family. You also benefit from the use of a downstairs WC and a lovely, tiled upstairs three-piece bathroom giving you the choice of two toilets throughout the house to work with.

On the first floor you have two spacious double rooms and good size single bedroom. All the rooms are decorated to a high standard, with the rear double bedroom having in built wardrobes and the large bay window at the front of the house gives the front bedroom so much natural light.

The property is situated in a great location, within walking distance of Norwood Junction station that offers excellent services to Gatwick, Central and North London. Local shops and Grange Park are close by, as are bus services to Croydon, Thornton Heath and Crystal Palace. There is a real sense of community spirit. Local shops & businesses are supported and there’s lots to do in and around the area. Great parks, schools, transport links & after school & weekend activities for children.

Seller Comments:
The balcony is just fantastic, its great to sit out there with a coffee on a sunny morning admiring the view. Being opposite Grangewood park is really handy, the open space for the dog and the new swing park for our youngest, not to mention a peaceful space for the adults after a busy day. We will miss popping up to the farmers market in Crystal Palace on a Saturday morning or the pubs and restaurants on a Saturday evening. Transport wise being able to hop on a train at Norwood Junction and be at London Bridge in less than 20 minutes is great.

DIRECTIONS
Ross Road runs between Grange Road (A212) and South Norwood Hill (A215). Grangewood Recreation Ground is within walking distance as are the open spaces of Beulah Heights and Norwood Lakes. Easy access via buses is offered to Crystal Palace, South Norwood & Croydon.
