Location:

Kirkby-in-Ashfield lies about 13 miles north west of Nottingham and 28 miles south of Sheffield. The town can be accessed via the A611/A608 and A38, which provide direct access to the M1 motorway at junctions 27 and 28 respectively. Kirkby and Sutton railway stations provide regional rail links and numerous bus services serve the area.

Lowmoor Business Park is accessed via Lowmoor Road (B6021) which leads directly to Kirkby in Ashfield town centre to the south and Kings Mill Road (A38) to the north. The A38 provides direct access to Junction 28 of the M1 motorway, approximately 2 miles due west and Mansfield Town Centre to the east.

Lowmoor Business Park is a long established industrial estate where there are numerous well known occupiers including Merritts and Diamond Window Systems. The property lies at the southern end of Unity Road on its west side.
