Directions - From Bewdley take the A456 towards Tenbury Wells, on exiting the village of Callow Hill, take the first left onto Pound Lane, where the land can be found on the left hand side.
Description - The land is gently sloping to the south east, and has been farmed in arable rotation with one field in pasture land. The land is Grade 3 on the on the Agricultural Land Classification map.
Services - A natural water supply is available to the pasture land.
Terms Of Letting - The land will be let under a three year FBT, commencing 25th December 2023, Early entry will be available subject to agreement between parties.
Restrictions, Easements And Rights Of Way - The property is let subject to and with the benefit of all restrictions, wayleaves, easements and rights of way whether public or private and disclosed or otherwise.
Access - The land has two main gateways via Pound Lane.
Environmental Schemes - The land is not currently entered into any schemes, however the Landlord would be happy for the tenant to enter into the SFI or CSS for an agreement subject to approval of the options entered.
