We are pleased to offer a plot of land for sale which provides a development opportunity subject to the necessary planning consents. Planning for a pair of semi detached properties was applied for, but refused based on the design and over looking neighbouring property. On appeal, the over looking decision was overturned but design was upheld. A new application with a new and acceptable design will likely be approved.

The Land is located on Neath Road, Moriston, but is accessed via Morfydd Street.
